Typical Requirements and Roles
For Personal Lines CSR/Account Manager
• RIBO (Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario) license
• English language skill: Plus other languages! Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian,
Ukrainian, Polish, Serbo-Croatian, etc. Any ethnic or affinity group can help!
• You like to help people to understand and to get the protection they need
• You have great rapport skills, you know how to listen, comfort, and to avoid conflict
• You build client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship-building.
• Understand and support good team dynamics in the office
AND
• You like to service book of personal lines clients
• You can advise clients about changes, claims, renewals, etc. regarding their policies
• You have familiarity with Insurance Company Portals
• You can process call-backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner.
