To be our candidate:
You must have the required experience and provincial license.       
The only possible exceptions  would be
A: for commercial insurance sales positions - if you have: 1. contacts within your industry that would assure your ability to sell commercial insurance to them, and 2. you are willing to tolerate the slow start of getting licensed and trained before there is substantial money to be made, often 18 months or so.
B: For commercial or personal lines positions, where you have directly applicable experience with with an insurer/direct writer, and, in order to speak with customers, you are willing to get your provincial license.
There are no other exceptions. You must provide us with your resume, test materials, and references requested;
and by  applying, you are giving us permission to represent you.

GENERAL INSURANCE { P&C} INDUSTRY  CAREERS

Newly licensed, or studying for your license? There are a few companies that will hire and train newly licensed persons. Because there is so much competition for these positions, it is rare that they use an agency to help locate staff.  Many  positions for people without experience are at call centers. While the training there is useful, many people cannot tolerate that environment for more than a year or two. This is one example of when insurance industry employees will call Dynamic Teambuilders to assist them with locating a more suitable position; one that will be more enjoyable and beneficial, where your training will be valued and appreciated.  The other realistic possibility for beginning without experience is if you are interested in Commercial Insurance Sales and you truly have excellent commercial insurance sales leads; at the very least, successful B-to-B  (not retail) experience, and a truly great aptitude for sales.
