·        A Large Brokerage or Mid-Sized Brokerage, many markets. The producer has a book of at least $500,000 premium and growing, or established contacts and expertise with large companies that they can turn into high-premium insurance accounts

·        A Large Brokerage or Mid-Sized Brokerage, many markets, pays a salary or a draw to an effective experienced producer that has no book. Producer should be exceeding salary/draw within 18 months.

·        Brokerage with unique style or target market, for example, “Small Business Only”, “Must have General and Life”, etc.

·        Brokerages that will recognize exceptional talent, proven sales ability, outstanding ethics, and uncompromising drive, even without significant general insurance experience, that will train and develop this sales producer.
