This test of speed and accuracy measures
administrative aptitude, for tasks such as maintaining
databases.
Visual
Pattern Reasoning:
Test
for complex non-verbal visual reasoning.
Vocabulary
I-IV:
An assessment of fluency with both common and less
common words, these tests identify candidates with
above-average vocabulary skills-especially important for
telephone contact, where there is no opportunity for
face-to-face meetings.

and to cope with the pressures associated with
interpersonal contact on the job.
