Title:                Account Manager/Marketer

Salary:             $40k to $70k and benefits, commission depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Assess risks, calculate premiums, bind coverage and prepare documentation
• Provide professional customer service at all times
• Market, remarket, renewals, cross-sell and up-sell, submissions
• Collection of receivables
• Monitor insurance claim activity and respond to clients inquiries
• Maintain accurate up to date files
• Work directly with Producers

 

Qualifications

 

• RIBO License  [R.I.B.O - Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario ]
• Minimum of 2 years experience property casualty commercial experience maintaining Small to Medium

Business Accounts

• Experience in Auto, Property, Liability, Directors and Officers, Errors and Omissions are all helpful
• Agency Manager an asset
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working towards, or completion of, CIP or CAIB designation
• University or college beneficial
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior underwriting experience helpful
