* COMMERCIAL POSITIONS NOW AVAILABLE Commercial Sales Producer, some with salary/draw for three months to 3 years, depending on which company - many variations with each.

* Commercial Sales Producer with book, help you transfer, you keep ownership; company will help you buy it, and help arrange bank loan if needed.

* Commercial Account Manager, manage a book, with added commissions for sales - these positions open and close

* Commercial CSR, with added commissions for sales; Commercial Supervisor, too.

* Commercial Sales Producer, own your own book

* Commercial Sales Producer, you get “vestment” ownership interest in your book of business

* Commercial Sales Producer, outcalls, warm leads

* Commercial Sales Producer, develop your own niche market. Trucking/fleet specialist, and other niches.

* Commercial Sales Producer, no commercial insurance experience but with network of business leads, contacts to which you can sell commercial insurance

* Other possible roles for sales, or assistant to sales:
* You will assist the sales producer to establish new business through your great knowledge of commercial lines insurance,
your ability to maintain excellent rapport with accounts, and to accurately create documentation, coordinate renewals,
market and remarket accounts, and manage endorsement
* Identify opportunities to enhance coverage / cross-sell / up-sell
* Increase your income through customer retention and sales

THE REQUIREMENTS
* You have at least two years of commercial lines insurance experience; likely more than five [except for "business leads", as above]
* You know markets and property-and-casualty insurance broadly and deeply
* You may have had underwriting experience
* You express yourself in excellent and easy to understand English, both spoken and written

COMPENSATION
* Depending upon experience, pay can range from $25k base to $65k base, with commissions often exceed $100,000
* Best-of-all: Commission-only payment, but you get extra-large new business commissions AND
you get OWNERSHIP in

Those having more than one license can often get superior opportunities suitable to your time, personality, and location.

The CSR/Account Manager/ Account Director positions all provide a substantial competitive salary.
