Our Process

We only introduce people that we know, through years of industry contact, as well as our usual phone interviews, an application form, testing, and interviews with our team of specialists. Hiring manager are informed in advance about the candidate's intelligence, personality factors, interpersonal skills and a host of other qualities. We rate 21 competencies, keeping in mind what will be required for optimal success for the position's role and function. We include characteristics such as assertiveness, creativity, sales ability, and leadership.
